Shipping & Returns


You can expect your order within 1-3 workdays (within The Netherlands) PostNL handles the delivery of your order. You can also pick up your order for free in store during openings hours. (Be sure that we received your payment first.)

- Return the items within 14 days.
- Items must be returned in their original condition and contains all tags. We cannot refund or exchange products that appear to have been damaged worn, washed or used in any way.
- Fill in the return form which was added in your order.
- Place the item(s) and return form securely in its packaging.

If you want to return any items please follow the the next steps:

1. Log in to your account. Go to "My account / Register" (In the top right-hand side of the screen)
2. Go to "My orders".
3. Click "View" on the right-hand side of the screen.
4. Click "Return items" at the bottom of the page to create the return shipment.
5. Choose the products to return and the quantity.
6. Give a return reason. You can choose a reason and an action or create your own.
7. Send the return request.
8. Print this return form and fill in. From now on we don't include an extra 'Thank you' card or a return form anymore as they are mostly thrown in the trash.

You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. Please use a traceable or insured method such as a recorded delivery. Obtain a proof postage from your Post Office. We cannot refund for items that are lost on their way back to our webshop. It’s your responsibility until it reaches us.

Sale items can not be returned.

The money will be refunded as soon as possible after receiving your return (with a maximum of 14 days). We will always refund the money to the same account as which you paid with.
